Notice of Passing an amendment of the Land Use Bylaw Zoning Map and Municipal Planning Strategy for rezoning

Oxford Town Council, at a meeting held September 10, 2025, passed a motion to allow an amendment of the Land Use Bylaw Zoning Map and the Municipal Planning Strategy to rezone PID: 25451550, 25210287, 25210204, 25373044, 25468497, and 25210261 from Rural Development land to Main Street Mixed-Use Zone land.

Section 249 of the Municipal Government Act provides the right to appeal this decision to the Nova Scotia Regulatory and Appeals Board within 14 days from the date of this notice.

Appeal period ends Wednesday, October 1, 2025
