The Town of Oxford invites you to attend a Public Participation Opportunity regarding an application for a Development Agreement on the property located at 4812 Main Street (PID 25388208) to permit the construction of three (3) - four-unit townhouses.
A Public Participation Opportunity will be held on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Town Hall Council Chambers, 105 Lower Main Street, Oxford, NS.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide an overview of the proposal, followed by an opportunity for questions and comments. At a later date, a summary of the meeting will be provided to the Planning Advisory Committee who will consider a recommendation to Oxford Town Council.
Written submissions in support of or opposition to the proposal will be accepted in advance. These should be directed to Linda Cloney, CAO at 105 Lower Main Street, or by emailing lcloney@oxfordns.ca no later than Monday, April 27th, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
